Terms of Use
Effective November 4, 2026
These terms apply to the Word Mingle app ("the app"), made by Khaled Garbaya ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms add to it. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
Using the app
You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial learning. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content, reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
Content
The word lists, definitions, examples, pronunciations, illustrations of Mingo and the rest of the app's content belong to us or our licensors. You may share individual words from the app with friends using the app's share button.
We work hard to make definitions and pronunciations accurate, but language is varied and we can't promise that every entry is complete or free of errors.
Word Mingle Premium
Some topics need Word Mingle Premium, an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store.
- The price and length of each plan are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Changes to the app
We keep improving Word Mingle, so features and content may change over time. We may also stop offering the app. If we do, we'll try to give reasonable notice.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't give warranties beyond those in Apple's agreement, and we don't promise the app will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app collects and how it's used.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and change the effective date above. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
